Text Box: “To provide comprehensive healthcare, educational and social services to individuals and families, including medically underserved populations, without regard to race, creed, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability, health status, veteran status or (within the economic resources available to the Corporation) ability to pay, while conducting itself, at all times, in accordance with Islamic values and principles as understood by the consensus of the Muslim communities”

The Corporation is managed by a Board comprised of Volunteer Physicians. The clinic is run by professional staff and a group of Volunteer physicians, dedicated to its mission.

The Corporation was established with the help and financial support of the Muslim community of the Mid-south in general and Muslim healthcare professionals in particular. Additional help from local healthcare businesses like American Esoteric Laboratories (MPL) and Park Avenue Diagnostic Center and legal help from The Bogatin Law Firm made this project possible. Operational budget of the clinic is generated by various donations.

Will the clinic provide services to Muslims only?
The clinic is open to everybody, as represented by its motto “Healthcare for All.”
Who can be a patient?
At this time services are only available to people who
Do not have Health Insurance, TennCare, Medicare or Medicaid etc., and
Can not afford to have Health Insurance
What if I have Health Insurance but I still want to be a patient at the clinic to support its cause?
We plan to establish the clinic as a community healthcare facility in the next phase of this project and at that time will be able to accommodate such requests, but at this time we are limited to people without Health Insurance.
Is there any fees for services?
Every patient will have to pay a token fee of $5 to be seen at the clinic. If your care requires lab tests, or additional services, you will be charged an additional token amount.*
What are the clinic timings?
At this time it is a weekend only clinic open each Sunday from 9am—1pm for General Primary Care, 2nd Saturday of each month from 9 am—1pm for Pediatric patients and 3rd Saturday of each month from 9 am—1pm for Women only Primary Care.*
Do you accept Walk-Ins or do I have to schedule an appointment?
Patients will only be seen by appointment over the phone. At this time, we can not accept Walk-Ins. You can call the day of clinic to check if there is an opening or cancellation, for you to be seen the same day.
How do I make an appointment?
Appointments over the phone are accepted Mon—Fri 1pm—5pm and during the hours of operation of the clinic.
Do you provide any medical service during week-days or after-hours?
At this time we can not provide services during week-days and after-hours. If you think your condition is serious enough that may require such services, you should contact nearest emergency room or urgent care facility.
How can I help?
The best way to help is to donate a fixed amount each month to maintain the operations of the clinic and future expansion of services. You can also give a one-time donation. You will receive a tax-deductible receipt for your donations at the end of the
